Zygomatic Implants vs PSI vs EV for Reconstruction of Maxillary
Maxillectomy, the surgical removal of the maxilla, is a complex procedure often performed in cases of maxillofacial tumors, trauma, or congenital deformities. Post-maxillectomy patients face significant challenges in terms of speech, swallowing, and facial aesthetics, which require comprehensive dental and maxillofacial rehabilitation.
This webinar is in the form of a debate where the advantages and limitations of the different modalities: zygomatic implants, patient specific implants and fibula for reconstruction of maxillary defects will be discussed which will help in choosing the appropriate treatment plan for the patient.
