Private Sagrada Família tour

​Pau Millet ran the Sagrada Família as Chief of Architects from 2013 to 2018, transforming how it was built and accelerating the construction, which is why we can see the great central tower today.

​This is not the standard visit. Pau walks you through the building and the decisions behind it: the geometry, the structure, what got solved and what is still being argued about. It picks up where his Day 2 keynote leaves off.

Pau meets us there.
 

​Plan for around two to two and a half hours, entry to the end of coffee chat time. In Pau's words, it depends on how many questions people have, and we would rather he answered them than watch the clock. Keep the rest of your morning open. Coffee chat time happens outside, somewhere close by.
 

​Sagrada tickets are single entry: once we step out, there is no going back in.
 

Before you book

• ​Tickets are nominative and non-transferable, a Sagrada Família rule, and the name cannot be changed once registered. Double-check it matches your photo ID before you submit.
• Bring that ID on the day. It is checked at the entrance.
• No late admission. Miss the slot and you cannot join later.
• No food or drink inside.
• Dress code: no see-through clothing, trousers and skirts to at least mid-thigh, no swimwear. Checked at the door.
• No luggage. The basilica has no lockers for suitcases, so if Saturday is your departure day, store your bags at the hotel first.
• Bell towers are not included: max five people at a time going up, single-file stairs, so Pau cannot be with any of us up there. A tower visit can potentially be arranged on an individual basis (own ticket), but the group will leave for coffee chat time with Pau. The central towers are closed to the public.
