Exploring movements with Breath is a Vinyasa Sequencing Workshop to be conducted by Akanksha
While a vinyasa or a flow appears to be a seamless transition of one pose to another, the movement derives its grace from engaging the breath.
Starting with elementary flows we will learn and exercise the use of breath to guide movement, following into some time for self exploration of the technique.
We will then progress into a challenging vinyasa sequence.
What to wear : Whatever you're most comfortable in while doing a down-dog
Who is this for: for anyone inclined towards forms of mindful movement and holistic fitness. Prior exposure to yoga will be helpful but not necessary. ?
