Marking Criteria
Monsoon Photography
- Mood & Atmosphere: Does the photo strongly represent the feeling of monsoon — rain, mist, clouds, etc.?
- Color & Reflections: Are rain reflections, wet textures, and monsoon colors captured creatively?
- Timing & Motion: Is there good timing — like raindrops falling, water splashing, or movement during rain?
- Creative Composition: Use of umbrellas, raincoats, dramatic angles, or unique framing?
- Emotion & Human Element: Are human reactions or emotions during rain well captured?
Nature Photography
- Visual Impact: Is the image visually stunning or powerful at first glance?
- Detail & Sharpness: How clear and well-detailed are natural elements like textures, plants, or wildlife?
- Lighting & Color: Effective use of natural light (e.g., golden hour) and color balance?
- Composition & Perspective: Use of depth, framing, or rule of thirds? Any creative angles?
- Originality: Is the scene or subject captured in a unique or fresh way?
Street Photography
- Storytelling & Emotion: Does the image convey a strong story or emotion?
- Candidness & Authenticity: Is the moment naturally captured without feeling staged?
- Lighting & Color: Effective use of natural light (e.g., golden hour) and color balance?
- Composition & Perspective: Use of depth, framing, or rule of thirds? Any creative angles?
- Originality: Is the scene or subject captured in a unique or fresh way?
Terms & Conditions
Photography
- Participants can participate under two main categories i.e. Mobile Photo and Professional Camera.
- Age groups: 10-15 Years, 15-25 Years and 25+ Years.
- Photo Categories: Photography (Monsoon, Nature & Street).
- Registration Dates: 11th August 2025 to 20th September 2025.
- Results & Exhibition: To be conveyed to all the participants on their registered email ID.
- Rules, Terms & Conditions: Are mentioned on registration page; one has to read and accept before you register.
- The contest is online and anybody with the passion of photography can participate.
- The contest will go live, and registration will be open for everyone on 11th August 2025.
- We must receive your entries before 23:30 on 20th September 2025.
- Contest page will be active, and you can register yourself till 23:30 on 20th September 2025, later we will restrict the entries.
- Participants need to register themselves on www.eventglint.com
- Upon registration they will get a link of contest page on their registered email ID, Participants can navigate to the page from the hyperlink that they have received and validate the registration code before uploading their images.
- Under each category there will be 3 prizes i.e. Winner, first runner-up and 2nd second runner-up, however we will be providing digital 'Certification of Participation' to everyone who is registering themselves under any category.
- A participant, by participating in this contest, hereby represents and warrants that all the submissions are their original works and no copyright and/or trademark and/or other intellectual property rights have been violated by such submission. In case of any such claim from anybody the entry will be considered void.
- Each participant is permitted to submit only one entry in each category.
- Your Photographs needs to be converted and should be into JPEG/GIF/PNG format only to upload. No other file formats will be allowed to upload, if so the entry will be considered null and void.
- Size of the file should not exceed 3 Mega Bytes (MB), you upload only 1 file per category
- Any entry including or depicting anything which is foul, indecent, threatening, discriminatory, vulgar, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, objectionable, inappropriate or against public policy or public morality, shall lead to disqualification of the participant at sole discretion of Organizer or EventGlint.com.
- Every entry by default will have a contest watermark on their artwork/media.
- The winners of the contest will be decided by a panel of jury. The winners will be chosen considering most interesting, innovative, creative, and original art around our themes for each category based on the marking criteria set by Organizers.
- The Top 3 winners from each category will be awarded basis the jury’s decision.
- Participants can register under multiple categories but only one entry per category.
- Organizers/EventGlint.com reserves the right to disqualify the partner/s or the winner from the benefits of the contest if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the prize under the contest or otherwise by participating in the contest.
- By submitting an entry, each participants/entrant agrees to the contest rules and warrants that his/her entry complies with all requirements set out in the rules.
- This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners
- The participant agrees that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared and otherwise used for the purposes of, and within the context of the contest and any other purposes outlined in the Terms and Conditions as set out herein.
- The data may also be used by the partners in order to verify the participant's identity, postal address, and telephone number, or to otherwise verify the participant's eligibility to win prizes in the contest.
- The decision of Jury Panel and Organizers/EventGlint.com shall be final and binding on the participants with regards to the interpretation of these rules and regulations.
- The Participant / Voter acknowledges and consent to submitting their contact details allowing Organizers/EventGlint.com to send offers, solicitations or other product brochures to them and for contacting them.
- Disputes, if any, arising out of participation in the contest shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Pune, Maharashtra, India courts
- Organizers, co-hosting organizers, clubs and EventGlint.com reserves all the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/withdraw/vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, the campaign.
